Death & Texas is a stripped down, old-world style approach to hot sauce. It starts with dried chile de arbols that are fermented in an active live vinegar for 3-6 months. This process enriches the flavor and heat of the chiles, creating a completely unique profile. We take those enlivened peppers, smooth out with spring water, add smoked salt and some of that arbol vinegar back in to the mix. It makes for a very versitile and very potent pourable hot sauce. We feel like out of all of our sauces, this may be the one you use on everything. It now comes in a 5 oz. bottle.
