We are a husband and wife team, Rich & Jordan.
Hello, nice to meet you! We began this venture back in 2019 after working together for quite a bit on a project that we could both bring our skills to and make something beautiful and fruitful together. Rich has a long background in food, and Jordan in art and design. We both have a passion for long, rewarding projects like fermentation, so here we are. We are constantly learning and improving while we nurture and grow our products, brand, and cultures (pun intended) We hope you'll enjoy our products at home, use them to enhance your cooking, bring them to friends, keep them in your purse, whatever you like. We're here to please the most discerning palates and adventurous hot sauce and spicy food lovers!
